Welcome to Vic’s Hangout. By using this website (vics.plus), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
2. What this site is
Vic’s Hangout is a personal hobby project: browser games, recipes, experiments, and whatever else the owner feels like posting. It is provided for personal enjoyment. Nothing on it is professional advice — especially the recipes.
3. Using the site
You’re welcome to browse, play, and follow the recipes. You agree not to:
- attempt to break, overload, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its server;
- scrape or harvest content at volume;
- repost content as your own or use it commercially without permission;
- post anything unlawful, abusive, or spammy in comments or other interactive features.
4. Content and ownership
All content on this site — games, code, text, recipes, and images — is © Justin / Vic’s Hangout unless stated otherwise. You may link to anything here and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes. For anything else, ask first: jbev2007@gmail.com.
5. Comments and other user content
If interactive features (like comments) are enabled and you post something, you keep ownership of it, but you give the site owner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the site. Comments may be moderated, edited, or removed at the owner’s discretion.
6. Games, recipes, and experiments — use at your own risk
The games here are hobby projects. They may contain bugs, behave oddly, or lose your progress (game progress is not saved on the server). The recipes are personal cooking notes: check ingredients yourself for allergens and dietary needs, and use normal kitchen safety. Play and cook at your own risk.
7. Links to other sites
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and aren’t endorsements. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and the owner has no responsibility for them.
8. No warranties
The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No promise is made that the site will be available, accurate, or bug-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site — including lost data, lost progress, or a ruined dinner. The site is free, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you’ve paid to use it, which is zero.
